A: Bench 10-8-6-4-2 at increased load each set. 2 min between sets.
B: FT 100 sit-ups, 3 min plank (cumulative), 100 push-ups.


For me:
A: 155, 185, 225, 265, 300
B: 14:30

I fricked up and didn't progress my bench right and wound up hitting failure on most of my sets, ultimately stuck at 155 from set #2 on.

For part B, I had 75 push up left. Even then, my chest was so burnt I was doing singles on my knees

El told me I had to jump from 265 to 300 for my final set since he believed I should have benched 265x6 instead of 265x4.

Question: I went to the fair last night and ate badly. Highlights were a funnel cake with powdered sugar and a double doozie chocolate chip cookie. So, at what point and how badly will I get sick during this workout?

60 single arm DB press
50 cal Assault bike

I predict the Russian twists will end badly.

Assault bike is my thing. I've been ending every workout lately with 100 calories on there. Either 100 calories straight or 20 calorie sprints with short rests between them. If I can make it there, I am home free.

Got a PR on OS at 165. Finally completed a workout with double unders without quitting and switching to singles. Actually got into a rhythm at one point and got about 15 in a row. I'm close.

A.)Overhead Squat- 6 sets of 3 reps ascending in weight

B.)3 Rounds for Time
10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
30 Double Unders
500 Meter Run

C.)3 Rounds
