No. Used to for a little while as I was just starting to work out. Now I just come up with workout ideas from this board and other websites online.

I could probably use a PT to help me with form but most of my workouts are early AM in garage.

These two yesterday

3 rounds, each a 3 min AMRAP
3 burpees
6 push-ups
9 air squats
Rest 2:00
Performed with 20lb vest

Then

3 rounds
30 step ups right leg
30 step ups left leg
30 air squats
30 lunges
60 dubs
All with 20lb vest except dubs. I tried the dubs with it but I have the plate carrier vest and it bounces too much.

400 m walking DB lunges again. This appears to be my go to Sunday workout.

Min 2: run 200m

I made 23 rounds and failed to finish a run. Little spicier than I thought.

The deadlift rebuild continues

Worked up to a 425 double with great form

Hit a 445 single but I could tell the form wasn’t what I’m working to

For conditioning

10 min AMRAP

2 power cleans at 155
5 toes to bar

Did it this morning. Kind of a burner. And my grip got bad. Ripped a callous on the pull ups, but it needed to go

5 kettle bell swing each arm at 35lb
5 dumbbell snatches each arm at 35lbs

Had to cut back on the burpees after the first round. Went to 10.

Question: I jammed my thumb yesterday playing basketball with my 8 year old. Still hurts ... how much wussing out . . . I mean scaling do you think I can get away with?

Then some sprint work

My legs can still feel the after effects of that 11 mile run last week especially in my ankles

I haven't posted in here in a while.. still getting my WODs on. My knee is still being a bitch. As my wife's due date creeps up life is getting crazier and crazier, too.

Workout of the Day

“Fast & Heavy”

For Time:

Dumbell "Thruster" 21 reps (50/35) (35/20)
Run 400m
Dumbell "Thruster" 18 reps
Run 400m
Dumbell "Thruster" 15 reps
Run 400m


I replaced thrusters with push press. 35lb DB, finished in 12:04
