After kid #2 is when i decided to start my home set up

some days it gets too crazy and i can't head over to the gym.

1 rope climb
1 full snatch + 3 OHS (155/105)

14:47 at 135

Been a while since I’ve done rope climbs and nearly had to relearn the j-hook. Ripped some fingers coming down during the WOD.

Strength worked up to a 265 triple arse to grass squat

Conditioning

4 rounds of 4 min AMRAP 2 min rest
3 reps bench press at body weight so 175 for me
5 toes to bar
5 kettle bell deadlifts at 70lbs
5 air squats

I like that one, but I fear I would reach failure in the pull-ups really fast.

A.)front squat- 6 sets of 3 reps as heavy as possible

B.)for time 30-20-10
thrusters (95/65)

15 min EMOM

7 pull ups
7 burpees

I wonder how many rounds of that I can get in the 60 sec time...maybe 5?

Yeah. Supposed to get all 21 reps in under a minute.

Start the reps over at the top of every minute.

My buddy that did it this morning said he only got 3 full rounds in.

It's the Bergeron Beep Test.

Normally you are just supposed to see how many minutes you can get all 21 reps. It's a benchmark WOD.

Right. That is how the real WOD is supposed to work.

They should have just called this an AMRAP.

It's probably going to turn into that within 5 minutes anyways for 99% of people.

Strength

worked up to a 445 single deadlift after doing a bunch of triples at lower weight

Heaviest single ive pulled since working on fixing my deadlift form, went for 465 but didn't have it in the legs

Conditioning

EMOM 12 rounds
1 clean and press at 135
5 dead hang pulls ups

pull ups were unbroken until the 9th min

20 min EMOM
Min 1: 10 cal bike
Min 2: 10 thrusters at 75lbs

First 6 minutes weren’t bad but after that the recovery time got shorter and shorter. Got all the reps in though!

Strength did hang cleans

Hit a couple singles at 185

Conditioning

8 rounds 2 mins each round

200 meter sprint 3 over head press at 95lbs. Remaining time is your rest

Then did some dumbbell complex work
