My best is 18-19 rounds in Cindy.

Gym record is ~28 rounds.

I'm in the 16 round range for Cindy but I absolutely suck on the rig. I think my best is 17. I couldn't imagine squeezing out 4 more rounds. That's impressive. 28 is just stupid.

Pull-ups are my jam and I can generally keep the push-ups unbroken for most of it.

I actually think I’ve done a round or so better on Cindy before.

Anytime I see pull-ups in a workout I’m happy.

When i was in a special operations pipeline pretty much everyone would get mid 20s with out even blinking.

Well you're in the wrong thread because almost all of us use all the help we can get

Pull ups are my nemesis. I can only do 6-7 strict because I'm long and heavy. Trying to get to 10+ before kipping (and especially butterflying) so I don't frick up my shoulders.

I think I want to make a strict pullup a goal in 2019. I've never been able to do one in my life, and I've already wanted to. Gonna need pointers from coaches and to lose some more weight. I can't even do one with the thickest bands in the gym

If you strapped the band up and did a jumping pull-up, is there some resistance there for you to do a negative? Hold your chin over bar & lower slowly

Workout today was Annie and I scaled the DUs due to a sore knee.

With a band probably so. With a supinated grip I can do some negatives with no band, too.
