Clean work today..

Muscle Cleans: 125x4x3
Cleans: 175x2, 185x2, 195x2
Clean Pulls: 225x4, 245x4, 265x3x4

18.3 tomorrow.

I’m in the process of creating an App similar to the Food App where you shook your phone and it randomly selected a cuisine, price and location. It’ll be called ShakeWOD.

I’ll personalize it so it’ll choose weights based on your own stats and if you want an AMRAP or xRFT based upon the amount of time you have available.

30 min of double under work....it was shite-tastic.
15 min row
15 min ski erg
5 min bike erg for cool down.
Light stretching before & after

Will tackle 18.3 tomorrow morning. Nothing too crazy today. I'm on nights at work and with the time change, I just wanted to work up a decent sweat when I got home this morning and work on DU for tmrw.

The app sounds pretty damn cool, great idea.

That’s a damn good score for someone who hasn’t done much Crossfit over the last year.

Yea, it really didn’t kill me too bad. I wasn’t going to do the open but after the workouts came out they are all really up my alley as far as strengths so I figured I’d do them just to see where I stand.

You might remember a thread I started a while back about my interest in starting a gym. I’m warming up to the idea of it being a CrossFit gym, so I guess I better get back into the scene a little bit. Gonna buy some bumpers and an Ohio bar, rings, wall ball, and some other shite and start doing workouts at my friend’s gym. There’s no CF gym in my parish and there’s a population of about 40k people here. Completely untapped market.

I’ll try to do 18.2 & 18.3 later in the week and see how they come out

If you open one and want to be a Progenex Affiliate, hit me up after you build up the clientele. I’m the Louisiana Rep.

We never do bench, ever. So tomorrow we are doing DB Med Ball Bench Press in part A. Should be interesting.

Progenex recovery is awesome

When I was doing 5-6 workouts a week I really found it helpful

What does the Louisiana rep mean

Continue to work with the existing Progenex affiliates and try to expand into other CrossFit locations in Louisiana. Also, set up at bigger events in Louisiana as well on the weekend.

I may pick up Mississippi as well.

Basically, an affiliate will get upwards of a 37% off, depending on the size of their orders. If the gym owners promote it well, they could generate $1,000s more per year in revenue. I’m sitting on $2,000 worth at the house now if you need anything: More Muscle, Recovery, Cocoon, Force, Hype, Protein Bars and an assload of single servings.

My biggest goal is to try to get into LSU’s strength program. NCAA compliance makes it extremely difficult for supplement companies to meet requirements, but Progenex is one of a few who will meet those requirements. They are currently in schools of the Big 10, Big 12, Pac 12, MWC, CUSA and at least one Independent.

Fight gone bad. Did it with 65lb barbell and 14lb wall ball and did box step-ups instead of jumps. 275.

I did the ladder with the 50 lb dumbbells and burpees. Finished in 8:15. The squats were harder than I thought they were going to be, but burpees weren't bad as I do them often. If I were to do CrossFit workouts it would be tough for me with anything concerning weight as I only weigh 140.
