how many baws help the wifey around the house

I do the dishes, take the trash out and clean my bathroom.

is said wifey a stay at home mom? If so, i'd expect most things around the house to be done. If not, then yes you should help around the house.

I take care of the outside & she takes care of the inside....unless something breaks then I get that too

I just help her take my pants off.

Well, since it's my house and my kids, I don't really consider it "helping the wifey".

I cook and take out the trash...she does all the cleaning and laundry

Sounds like she found herself a good kitchenbitch.

Im home for half the year so I do it all when I am home.

We split it up pretty evenly.

She cooks, does laundry, vacuums, sweeps, does most of the dishes, and tidies up. Also does all dog maintenance, bathing, nail clipping, grooming, etc.

I take out the trash, clean the bathroom, and help with unloading the dishwasher and folding clothes when she's busy. I also play with the dogs outside, run them, and feed them.

It's 2018. She works more hours than I do, regardless that i'm the primary income. So I have no problem helping her with some housework if it keeps her from working from dawn til dusk.
