Its gotta be uptown New Orleans.
It was.... MAN, those side streets are the place to go when you want to see what a vehicle can handle. If I lived in that area, I think I’d own a Raptor.

If you ever need a tooth pulled, save yourself some $$$ and just drive that road as it will shake all your teeth out of your dome.
There are worse roads driving through the quad.

Any street in a New Orleans neighborhood.

has far less suitable soil that shifts and subsides over time.

Through Port Barre is painful

There are some terrible ones down in Cameron Parish that are basically sinking into the Gulf, but the worst one I've seen just due to lack of maintenance is LA highway 77 in Pointe Coupee. It's appalling.

Hwy 106 (Beaver Road) between Beaver and Pine Prairie.

I nearly crashed my bus driving down that thing last year going north. I have no idea how they have let it go this long

190 is like the autobahn compared to some of the state highways through there.

Any answer is a correct answer.

When’s the last time you made that drive? 10 in orange just across the Texas line is atrocious.

Went to Flatwoods LA once and the highway my GPS took me to was like that. The pavement had become a literal pot hole infested gravel road.

I'll second Lakeview area in NOLA.

Like I said, we also use a thinner road base (because we're cheap when it comes to actually performing any work), which magnifies the soil shifting problem. Hence why there would be a difference when you cross the border.
