yeah there are three to four uptown like that. Algiers has really bad roads. If you go past English turn they have gravel roads that are really bad, yet you are still in the city of New Orleans.
I used to post videos of the worst road with me trying to maintain the speed limit.
Vincinnes and state are the two worst uptown by far.
