Report: NFL asked Raiders to sign Colin Kaepernick

NFL teams should be able to freely choose which players they want to bring in. The league shouldn't ask them/tell them to hire somebody.

I think the complaint is that they didn't promote the interviews of the black coaches they met with. They said the spirit of the rule is for black candidates to get their names out there as viable options.
