That is not programming for the regular folks is it?

So, you're calling us "regulars" now. I see how you are.

Haha, no that's the owner/program guy. It's directly from the site, so it's no secret.

We do CTB all the damn time.

And by "we", I mean the other people. Not I. I can do like 5 CTB then I'm done.

I just watched kipping vs butterfly. I'll set that as one of my 2019 goals.

Do y'all have issues with people not in the class taking up room during the class hour?

in the 6 months I've been going, I have only seen them make people leave once and that was the first week after New Years when the class was super packed and we needed to use all the racks/bars

99% of the time, we have room for them and they generally stay out of the way

Any of y’all from Lafayette? Curious about which CF Gym to join. I used to go to Ole Glory 2-3 years ago but was thinking about trying somewhere new.

We have a competition program but C2B’s are programmed a good bit for the regular class.

However, everything is scalable for everyone’s ability.

I am pretty good at pull-ups though.....regular or C2B.

No, not really. I don't know if they've ever had to ask for people to leave. But when the class is huge there's not really ever any extra people. There are designated open gym slots that people go to.

There used to be a handful who would lift during class, but the numbers grew and it caused disruptions so they had to limit anyone working outside of the class to DB/KB work or Gymnastics/pull-up work.

The new location will have at least 3 platforms in a separate room for anyone to lift during all gym hours: 5am to close.

Got 5 rounds and 6 reps, or 66 reps. Warm-up was loooong.

I kinda dislike when they give long arse warmups because of short WODs.

I was Rx and was starting the round of 10 at the cap.

If I had concentrated on keeping my knuckles down from the start I would have gotten into the R10 of burpees.

I’ll probably skip that long assed partner row tomorrow and hit some lifts in open gym and do a 5 round interval of something.

5 Rounds w/2 min between each
250M row
10 HSPUs
10 TTB
10 GHD sit-ups
