Monday was my first wod involving wall balls. I did 14 lbs, and the first 30 or so weren't so bad on my legs. My hands, though, were dying from squeezing the ball. The meat of my palm between my thumb and wrist felt like it was going to cramp
. Need a lot more wall ball practice just for my hands to get used to it. Really surprised me.

I used to get foot cramps doing them. One of our competitor types said she did too. Hasn't happened recently, but when I get tired, I also let the ball hit my open jaw. That's pretty damn jarring.

I found this stretching technique on a Klokov video going over cleans.. this shite hurts but man it is amazing at fixing up elbow mobility:

I tried it yesterday and had 0 isses with elbows during power cleans. Definitely keeping this in my warmup routine. I started with a 15lb bar, then 35, then 45.

I like Cindy. I just hate that I cannot kip, and that I can't do 130 real push ups. May be done for the week after that. Gonna be sore...real sore.

Fwiw I can only link 2 muscle ups at a time. I can’t link ring muscle ups at all, I go one at a time
