Yeah. I’ve been through warmups at Geaux where I look forward to the WOD because it’ll be easier.

I didn't run, at all, for 25 years. When we run in warmup, I'm almost done for the day.

Today actually had 2 warmups..

1)
10 Cal row, 40m shuttle run
9cal row, 40m shuttle run
...
All the way down to 1 cal row and a shuttle run.

2)
3 rounds:
10 dumbbell deadlift
10 dumbbell jump and shrug
10 pallof press
5 box jump

I was real sweaty by the end of that

I remember one from like almost 2 years ago that had 200m lunges with a 45 plate. Was miserable. It was multiple rounds and had other random shite mixed in. I have long legs and was pissed, can’t imagine being really tiny and doing that. On the other hand shorter guys have an advantage in a bunch of other shite like thrusters.

We are doing Cindy today. Going to really try to do kipping pullups for the first time instead of jumps. Going to have to scale pushups somehow.

Today shouldn't be too bad.

Yesterday hurt. My shoulders are dead this morning after all that rowing, KB swings and presses.

Wednesday 2/14

7x3 back squat up to 90%
3x10 back extensions

WOD-
“Eighteen Wheeler”
AMRAP 18:
18/12 Calorie Row/Bike
15 Wallballs (20/14)
12 Snatches (95/65)
9 Toes to Bar

This looks like a helluva workout.

12 95 lb snatches will make you a man coming off that wall ball.

I like yalls programming.

Wait until you think you’re good enough for the 30lb ball.

I have to stop having so many DFLs before I move up. Is there a 16.5 ball?

I just looked it up, Bergeron came thru here one time and he is pretty refreshing to listen to.

Some pretty cool stuff on those workouts.
