I find that most aversion to food are attributed to bad past experiences.
I hated corn when I was a kid but it was because the only corn I was exposed to came in a can.
I still remember the first time I tried fresh corn on the cob. It changed my perception and opened my eyes.
Maybe if we learn more about your dislike for steak, we can begin to understand why you say you hate steak.

Although, my father grew up hating steak. Turns out, my grandma just likes hockey pucks for steaks and he didn't know any different until he moved out and tried other steaks. Could this be the case for you?

I don't think I've ever met anyone IRL that didn't love a good steak... except for vegans. Now vegans are trying to replicate beef with bleeding burgers... so even they crave some good cow.
