Yes, I have had my house rolled when I was a kid. I have had house rolled due to my kids. And yes, I rolled a few houses back in the day. It's all out of fun. It's actually a term of endearment. A right of passage. Lighten up, it senseless to bring a gun into a situation with kids and toilet paper just having fun.

There is video footage of the incident. The guy was 100% in the wrong. He also blocked the girls in from leaving with his vehicle and waived the gun around in their face. The same dude beat the crap out of his significant other in 2013.

I don't care how much toilet paper teenage girls roll your house with, you do not pull a gun on them.

Wow. Sounds like this guy has serious anger management issues. I hope he doesn't shoot up a theater or school one day.

Well he is in the insurance claims adjusting business...so i can see how TP would do $10,000 in damage.

ETA: Nice house tho....

He was all over the map in the two segments. The kids probably did do some damage but he shouldn't have pulled a gun. If he had security footage of them doing the damage call the cops and let them handle it. He did say he's like 5'8" so I guess he has a bad case of short man syndrome.

I love guns. I have a bunch of them. Always close by just about whatever setting I am in. This idiot has no business having access to any gun anytime. He does not comprehend when it is warranted to use a gun. What a wussy.

Refresh my memory. Exactly where does the Harvey Updyke family live in Louisiana?

Wow, now some guy calls in saying he's a PI voluntarily investigating this and siding with the homeowner. According to him they threw a broken toilet and shopping carts in the guy's yard. He wants them arrested for theft of the carts as well as trespassing.

Most entertaining Scoot show in a long time.

Absolutely.

If someone pulls a gun on my kids for TP'ng a house, I am going to be waiting on that dudes front porch for when he gets back from jail, and I'm going to beat the everliving frick out of him. Then I might nail his old lady too, for shits and gigs.

The idiot homeowner and especially the “PI” should know that the amount of damages is irrelevant. You can’t use deadly force in the defense of property in LA regardless of the value. Period. Guy is just digging himself a hole giving out interviews. What an idiot.

They likely would have been shot had they been carrying some Arizona Iced Tea and Skittles.

Not saying he is telling the truth, but landscaping at homes like that run into the tens of thousands. Not likely, but possible they fricked up some expensive plants.
