Figure out what you actually want in life, whether that’s SO, career or where you live, and do things that get you closer to that. Life has a way of dragging you different directions than you want to go. Sometimes that gives you things you never knew you wanted. But sometimes you have to fight the current or even get out of the water to find a new path.

What's the price range?

Research a drone in whatever price range you're wanting to spend. There are some great little cheap(Under $20) ones that are fun to buzz around with.

Seriously, I'm turning 31(so slightly older) in a few months, and I told my wife I want a drone for my birthday.

Edit: Read that completely wrong. Thought you were asking what gift to get a 24-26 yr old man. In my defense, I finished an 8 hour drive 3 hours ago, and then spent the last 3 hours doing schoolwork.

Edit 2: My advice. Do everything you think you might want to do, now. Within your budget and time off, of course. But there are ways around the price of trips if you don't think you have enough moolah. You just have to research.

I didn't have a huge bucket list when I was 21, so I married my high school sweetheart, but when I hit 24-26 we didn't have the money to do any of the things I figured out I wanted to do. We had a kid 2 years ago that further complicated things, now there are a lot of things and places I wish I would have done or seen before I got married, that I can't check off the list until my son is at least a teenager.

If you have a long term interest in a particular woman, know that for better or worse, she will turn into her mom.

Luckily the long term woman-thing ended abt a year ago.

I’m 24-26, & just received a substantial promotion/raise in BR, the city of my upbringing. It’s fairly life changing.

Just looking for advice on how to maximize the opportunity I’ve been given.
Lots of times I wish I was in cities other than BR, but I’m torn, bc I’m from here & love it here.

Better to try and fail, than to live with regret.
