Not big on pineapple but fig and prosciutto with Gorgonzola pizza is pretty damn good.

Yes. Not a fan of Dominos, but their Hawaiian pizza with the habanero sauce is awesome.

I'm firmly in the Yes camp, but only if it's a mass-produced pizza like Papa Johns or Dominos. Not a big fan of it on more mom & pop type pizzas.

I like it occasionally. It's not as big of a deal as it's been made out to be lately. Just a topping that not everyone likes.

Not so much a fad as a swing of the pendulum. This current wave of publicity of the combo is like the 4th or 5th time in my 50+ years I can remember.
It has a time, place, combos. Simply a play of the sweet fruit and sour acidic sauce. Sweet/sour combos play well for some palates, not for others.
A couple slices of pineapple/ham for me and I'm good for a few years on the sweet flavors on pizza.
