You're exactly right. I can't discuss too much but my weekends were set as Saturday and Sunday due to the fact at the time we did the custody agreement I was travelling every week for work at the time. Now that I don't travel nowhere near as much I'm working to adjust that.

So when youre reading about a guy going through this who ends up popping and doing horrible things, it's good to keep that in mind. Not excusing it but.

1. She will get custody.
2. SHe will get almost all the $$.
3. She will look like the victim.
4. His children will blame him even if it's all her fault.
5. He will experience awkward holidays for the rest of his life.
6. He will look like and feel like an outsider at every major milestone in his 3 kids lives. (Graduation, etc)
7. He will be poor.

In summary, he is an idiot.

Tell your friend to speak to a lawyer and first learn the divorce laws of the state he will be filing in. Then find the best state for a man to get a divorce, move there and file.

I can tell you Colorado will not be on this list.

Friend thinking about divorce
Okay let me paint a picture of how it will go

First picture the biggest shovel you can

Now picture your friend getting fricked within an inch of his life by it

But he's not allowed to die because he has to support her while she fricks a new guy who raises his kids

Pretty much. Also throw in the fact that she will get her arse back tight and in shape after the divorce. Maybe even get a new set of tits. I know a girl that did this.

I assume his struggles are that the kids take all of the time, zero sex life, and he thinks she doesn't do shite as a whole.

Always cheaper to keep her.

With young children he'll be living in a studio apartment eating cheese and crackers because that's all he'll be able to afford.

Tell him to put his head between his legs and kiss his arse goodbye. Better to gut it out till the kids are grown unless he like eating ragu and pasta and drinking skol vodka for his fun.

Unless she is cheating on your friend he's an idiot to go through with a divorce. If he's just unhappy that isn't going to change. With 3 young kids he'll still have to deal with her everyday.

Tell your "friend" to find a side piece. Will save him money and heartache in the long run. Once the kids are out of the house, he can do whatever the hell he wants.

These are all not true. She will only look like the victim to other dumb moms, which who cares about anyway. Also, once kids reach a certain age they figure out who's fault it really is. By the time me and all my siblings were like 12 we were smart enough to realize why my dad wanted a divorce and we realized it was probably for the best. Kids will make sure to include both parents in everything as long as your a good parent. Also we always juat split holidays between my moms side and dads and it was awesome. You will be broke though lol

You young bucks ever heard of the frickin phrase "It's Cheaper to KEEP HER!"

he should honor his commitment, suck it up and work on the marriage instead of abandoning his family for something easier.

I have a friend, of course, who is thinking about divorce. He has 3 kids, all pretty young, and his wife is a stay at home mom. He makes over $100k, I believe. We'll say $135k.

How's this going to turn out for him? Will he have any money left to live on after child support and alimony?

Please explain why divorce is being considered.
