So Paleo makes you a complete dick?

Keto is legit...Started at 212 lbs...Now at 175 lbs..Feel full all the time...I have energy...I eat as much as I want. It's really been a lifestyle change and something I've enjoyed. Before this, I was always tired and miserable.

All you lazy arse pussies saying dieting is hard and stupid and just eat in moderation blah blah fricking blah....do y'all enjoy being average? Average as in 20% bodyfat or higher?

What the hell is so hard about paleo or low carb? Eat unprocessed meat and veggies. Yea a huge bacon and eggs for breakfast, steak with veggies for lunch and a rack of lamb with brussel sprouts is just horrible to live on and if your only doing low carb you can have a nice bourbon or scotch. Wtf is so hard about that?

And golden nugget, people that weigh under 160 while still being skinny fat giving out advice on a message board make me laugh. Btw I get my nutritional info from the same sources as you and you are full of complete shite about what Lyle says. But you are right that carbs aren't the devil but they are a useless nutrient unless you are trying to build muscle.

And supersaint, you need to realize the average person does drink soda like that. You are the non average one. And also realize there is a lot more to the paleo diet then simply losing fat especially the whole30 which is extremely strict paleo. Paleo diet wasn't created to lose weight that is by product. It was created to help other health problem particularly those that arise from undiagnosed food allergies and to help with inflammation in the body that causes ldl to sky rocket.

Not really just get tired of fat people complaining it's too hard. You either want to do it or you don't, it's pretty simple.

It's not that I don't have sympathy, he'll I help a ton over on the F&d board, even going so far is to give custom diet plans to people through email for free. I also understand the struggle, pretty my whole family except me and my sister are overweight and my wife has struggled to lose baby weight, so I get it.

I just get so tired of the excuses. I mean this thread can be summed up with a few sentences.

Op decides he wants to join the ranks of the elite, half arse tried keeping himself addicted to sugar, predictably fails. Comes on a message board full of average people to complain that the diet is the devil, average people agree and say diets are dumb all while remain average.

Y'all can be average all you want, just don't come on here whining it's so hard blah blah blah. No shite it's not easy, if it was easy everyone would be walking around ripped.

To me, average is the worst thing in the world to be, in any part of your life. If you are striving for a excellence in every part of your life, what's the point? frick being average, I'll do whatever it takes to not be that.

Probably the worst shite for you you have listed here. Full of complex sugars and lots of them. You might as well be drinking coke.

Just your average dumbass engineer.

As far as income I make enough, if I didn't I wouldnt have a 20k home gym

why in gods name would I go to grad school? shite is a waste and for those that can't excel in the real world. Unless your feild specifically needs a masters it's a waste for anybody who is a true hustler. I have posted plenty of details in the past about what I do and how my average day goes.

And I love how all the average people are all offended. Yet supersaint gets motivated and gives not one frick if I offended anybody.

And to those getting mad because I called them out on being average, how much tv do you watch? How much do you post on here? Think about that before you start spouting off about time or how hard something is.

And let's get something straight, I am not some ripped specimen. But I sure as frick am not average and will never allow myself to be again. In all seriousness I was just fricking with many of y'all, but if what I said offends you, then you need to have some self awareness and look in the mirror. Fitness in general is about discipline. You see people like supersaint and rocket come in here and spout off that you can eat what you want blah blah blah. What rocket doesn't tell you is he does 16hour fast each day and sets his calorie limit and doesn't go over it amongst other diet tricks. That shite takes discipline. Hitting the gym 4 days a week and really training not just working out takes discipline. Going in strict paleo to get health issues in order is about discipline.

It's ok if you aren't disciplined enough to stick to any of these things, but don't come on here whining about it. And honestly if you aren't disciplined enough to stick to something as simple as half assed paleo for at least a month then how undisciplined are you? How much is your lack of discipline caring over into other things like work and family?

In the end ask yourself what kind of example are you setting for your kids though walking around as fatty mcfatterson.

And supersaint, for an engineer in my field, lake Charles and Houston are the places to be and I grew up in lc, would rather be around family. For somebody like me who is kid 30s with three young kids it works well. For a slayer like you....well it would be hell.

Dude I'm an a-hole, think I haven't told her that, amongst other things? I love my wife and would do anything for her and pretty much wait on her hand and foot but don't think I haven't said something about the baby weight. Would never leave her or anything of the sorts but she sure as hell isnt gonna skate by thinking it's ok.

I don't know you or your wife, but "baby weight" is one of those excuses you claim to be so tired of. But props for keeping her motivated.
