Give me your thoughts? Have you used it? If so, what pieces do you have?

almost bought some recently but couldn't justify the price. went with pnuma gear instead bc it was a little more insulated, a little cheaper, but had free shipping and a lifetime warranty.

Bought some the other day because my drake jacket got stolen last year. Was wayyyyy too fricking expensive, but it seems like it is really well made and I like it a lot so far. We will see how it holds up, but right now all I know is I paid too much damn money for the thing

i have all of the waterfowl gear because i got it 60% off as a Sitka dealer. It's nice as shite, but I wouldn't buy it at full price

I have a few of their cheaper pieces (fleece pullover, skull cap). It's nice, but I wouldn't say it's so nice that I could justify the price tag on the other gear.

The YETI of hunting gear. Buy it so you can use the stickers in good conscience.

Much like Simms, Patagonia, Arc'teryx, and others there are two things you need to know.

1. Goretex fabric is goretex fabric regardless of the garment manufacturer

and

2. You are paying for the warranty for premium outdoor brands. Chances are it is going to last but if it doesn't you want to be able to send it in and get it repaired or exchanged for a new model regardless of why it got damaged.

With that in mind buy the product in your budget with the fabric technology you want with the best fit and best warranty. You will probably use it for the rest of your life. In my mind that makes it worth it for these kinds of things if you know you are going to use it

I just really don't care for the look of the optifade camo. It's quality stuff though. I own the cheapest thing they offer....the Dakota beanie.

Picked up the Celsius jacket last year and so far so good. I liked it because it fits tighter on the sleeves than most fleeces which is perfect for bow hunting. Very warm also

I have used one their shell jackets for 2 hunting seasons...and any other typical cold/rainy winter days. Love it and doubt I'll ever need another jacket unless I lose this one. I've owned browning, drake and Mcallister waterfowl jackets. This is by far my favorite. You won't be disappointed.

My Drake shell was garbage.

Sitka makes top notch camo with patterns way better than a lot of brands. Expensive though, I also love asat and predator camo, which is what I wear.

Bought a Sitka gaiter for when it gets really cold during duck season and I love it. Their jackets are awesome but I just can't see myself spending that much on hunting clothes. I already think spending as much as I do on Drake is way too much. My SO got me a Sitka backpack for my birthday and it's great. Perfect weight. Use it for duck game bag, deer hunting, and hiking. Highly reccomend the Flash back.
