I've got a pair of light brown wing tips that I still wear. I have a pair of 8-eye black boots that I believe would survive a nuclear holocaust. Quality product

I have a pair of casual boots I wear from every 6 months or so. I was once an ironworker by trade, I bought of pair of Docs to work in and they didn't last 3 months.

I still have a pair hanging around somewhere. They were great when they were British made, but unfortunately shipped just about everything to China a few years back.

Wore a pair of brown leather slip ons through a four year residency and a three year fellowship. Loved those shoes. Wore them out. Never could find a replacement pair. Called the company. Asked if there was any way soles could be replaced. They asked me to mail them in for "an estimate". New pair of shoes (different style) arrived in my mail a week later. Never saw my shoes again.

As already stated, they are the most comfortable work boots right out of the box, bar none.

HOWEVER

They don't last. I burned through at least a pair per year when I was wearing them.

I used to wear their work boots, but then I started valuing my feet more and switched to Danner.

I wore them for about 15 years. Now I've moved on to Wolverine 1000 Mile boots.
