I went to trim some bushes in the yard now that it's not Africa hot. I got all the way to the other side of the house, and bam!! I got lit up by those little Red Devils. They stung me on the top of the head! I really hate those bastards!

Wet chewing tobacco applied to the sting will take the pain away.

I threw back the covers on my bed the other night and laid down. Laid down right on top of a dirt dauber. fricker stung me in my back. I have no fricking clue how he got in the bed.

Edit: I don't pay attention.

I once swatted at a wasp with my hat. Little did I know I trapped it in my hat. obviously when I put the hat back on it was a problem. I hate those things.

They built a nest on one of my tomato cages last year. I never saw it when I was pulling them out and one got me on the tip of my finger. Felt like someone had hit it with a hammer. I was amazed how much it hurt.

Sunday I climbed to the top of my quick step ladder to set up a new harness and to check my stand. Apparently I'd left my seat up and an entire colony of wasps set up shop on my damn seat.

Anyone know a wasp spray that would shoot 25'?

killing them is easy, but can you prevent them from nesting around your house?

after reading this, I started thinking about a nest that I saw on one of my window frames the last time I cut grass and decided to go out and kill those frickers....

just thought you might enjoy knowing that this thread prompted me to massacre a nest...

The other day I was turning into my friends apartment complex. Windows down. A wasp the size of a 50 cent piece flies into my car. Thank God I was already up the drive. I flipped shite. Almost left the car in drive and jumped out. He went under the glove compartment. I never saw him leave. I'm convinced the fricker laid some eggs.

Wasps used to build nests in my BBQ grill, when I lived in an apartment. I would always lift the lid to check, before grilling. Since the grill was on a small, fenced in patio, I had no where to run. So, I would stand in the back doorway, and lift the lid with a mop handle. That way, if there were wasps, I could just drop the mop, shut the door, and kill them after they calmed down. Anyway, I guess my daughter had been playing with the mop and left it on the ground. So, I'm standing in the doorway, lifting the lift with the mop handle. I let the lid drop (no wasps, thank goodness), but a snake drops out of the mop head, at my feet. Weird...
