re: I hate wasps!

Posted by 360footjog on 8/25/15 at 9:18 pm to
I once swatted at a wasp with my hat. Little did I know I trapped it in my hat. obviously when I put the hat back on it was a problem. I hate those things.
Doing some research for a friend.

Obviously, the price varies with condition and specifics of the boat and trailer. But just in general on a lightly to moderate used 12-14' boat with trailer and motor is there a general price point my buddy would be lookin at? Boat would be used for getting to and from duck blinds and some fishing. I don't think he is looking for anything special but needs a reliable and serviceable boat. Thanks guys for any info.
Totally agree with everything you said except taking pitches first time through. I may go with a patient approach and be an anticipatory hitter sitting on one pitch one zone. But if I get it im cutting down on it 100 times in a row. Even if it's the first pitch. with the talent we have walking in the box we can do damage with those types of pitches. No need to just take and wait on a better one for later. That was the type of pitch you'll be hoping you get later. And you did say a case by case basis so I'm def not saying your wrong. I just think there is a HUGE different between a patient approach and "taking pitches".
Productive outs do not equate to rise in average. I'm not arguing productive outs are a bad thing. I'm just saying a rise in batting average is due to attacking the best pitch you see. And that may be an 0-0 fast ball. So be it. Don't rave about batting average and then complain when we are getting hits but not running up a pitch count.

And I don't mean you personally. Just the board in general.
but but we were all so mad about not running up the pitch count the other night when we had seven hits in the first four innings against Arkansas. Your batting average rises when you attack hitable pitches when you have the talent we have. That's the formula. A lot of posters were complaining about running a pitch count up on a guy we were knocking all over the park.
You trying to say Jesus christ can't hit a curve ball?
You got to protect your runner. Kade took a grooved meat ball there. Runners in motion surely isn't a take signal as well.
Yeah we've got like 7 hits already. We aren't striking out and we are squaring balls up. Why take pitches just for principle?
Bergman is like Stevenson. Great plays only baseball guys know we're great bc they make everything look so easy. Impressive.
Here we go.....

Haha. 4-3 nicely done on both sides
Oh hell he flipped the bat but he got out of the box quick enough it wasn't too bad.

Referring to the comments about last nights foster bomb by the announcers just now.

You think teachers and administrators of schools get to decide that? That's the superintendents call.

Tenure is no more and I don't know a teacher that doesn't have a summer job.
Just curious. Is it just regular education teachers you all hate or do we hate the special education teachers as well?
