What type of shooting rest do you use at the range for long guns?

I'm sick of stacking old towels to use as a shooting rest at the range.
What y'all using?

Usually just use my truck mirrow, that way I can collect my brass off the dash board.

I use a lead sled from Bass Pro. I forget the model and such, but it was around $150. Bought one for FIL for Christmas a few years back and liked it so had to buy me one.

Instead of stacking towels I use a single towel on top of an ammo can.

I use my braked, 18" barreled .308 at the local 25 yard indoor range. Use that molded in notch on the plastic shelf.

Lead Sled (Bass Pro) with two 25lb bags of lead shot to minimize recoil.
My favorite is to park the truck perpendicular to the target and shoot from the drivers seat with a towel over the top of the partially rolled down window. I can adjust the window height and stay comfortable while sighting in. Can't do that at a public range though.

I'm sure that's pleasant for those around you

if you shoot often and enjoy spending weekends at the range or camp, do yourself a favor and buy a Bald Eagle rest with micro windage and elevation
last rest you'll ever buy , had mine for 25 yrs and still the real deal

I understand using a mechanical rest to check if your rifle is still sighted in right, but after the first 3 or 4 shots, I don't see the point of it.
The reason I go to a range is to keep my own mechanics sharp. Breathing, sight picture, trigger pressure etc..
Need to actually be holding the rifle for that
yes, sometimes I jerk the trigger, sometimes I am not breathing just right, so my targets don't always look like a work of art,but that is why I am at the range, to work on that shite.
If I use very good ammo,in a solid weapon and I measure and check it closely,do my calculations for windage etc.. and make adjustments accordingly, then I am the only unpredictable part of the equation. The goal is to make myself more predictable..as far as final results are concerned.
