well then you are only dealing with businesses, you will never get the best deals.

I wouldn't deal with anyone with less than a 96%.

That's your problem right there. That number ought to be 99.8%-100%. If there's a negative feedback, look into the feedback too. Then roll the dice on whether you would accept the likelihood you might have that same negative experience.

s this the guy who wanted to stiff his doctor out of $30?

In MJ2's defense. He was charged like $800 bucks for a ten minute visit. He paid the $250 co-pay that was required, his insurance paid the rest, the hospital should bill the insurance.

But no one calls hospitals out for making money and bankrupting people. 'Murica.

OTers. Don't understand the world until they experience it firsthand.

Wait until that "baller" gets real sick and goes bankrupt because of his insurance being capped out.

Nearly all sellers will wait for buyer feedback before posting theirs for you.

If you give them negative feedback, they will give you negative feedback.

Between you and your insurance, whom I assume you obtained willingly, you are responsible for the bill. If your insurance will not pay it, you are responsible. Not sure what you don't understand.

Now if you think you can get away with not paying fine. I just find it odd that you feel ok in flat up stiffing a doctor out of $30 but want sympathy over a poorly worded product description.

You sound selfish.

Your not sending it back is what he was counting on and why he knew he'd get away it.

For what I shop for, eBay has become a 99% retail site with 1% of them actually being auctions. I don't even bother with it anymore because of that

I dont use it often but when I do it has to be at least 96-98 positive and ill look at the negatives. If its just slow to respond thats not a huge deal...people are busy and sometimes lazy. I just ordered a bunch of definitive technology speakers for a house im building and saved a ton. Unauthorized dealer but its just speakers so as long as they work out the box they should for the long haul. I dont know if they are truly new or referbs or stolen off a truck, but they look brand new and have all the parts. The bill was 4,650 shipped...if I got locally it would have been 7,425 plus tax so almost 3k savings. That made it worth the risk...

You haven't been on eBay in a while. Sellers can't leave negative feedback anymore because of that. As long as the buyer pays for the item the seller can only leave positive or neutral feedback. As I understand it anyway.

I haven't bought or sold anything on eBay in awhile. Their fees for selling have gotten ridiculous, and too many people charging inflated shipping costs. I had one seller charging $25 shipping for an iPod, and it was Economy shipping at that. Which is one step above pony express as far as delivery time.

I can usually find the same or similar item on Amazon with free shipping for less money.

Apparently you haven't been on Ebay since 2008.

A seller has no option to even leave bad feedback.

I bought a truck on an auction and it was a great deal. 2007 Tacoma with less than 100k miles (half doors though) for $9k.

A Johnson 70hp outboard for $400

and a ton of crap.
