Astrodome - dead
Candlestick - dead

Angel Stadium - well over a hundred games
Dodger Stadium - got dodger dog thrown at me for celebrating too much after Rob Quinlan hit a gs to put the Angels up like 10 - 1.
Petco - awesome ballpark. Too bad the Padres suck.

I want to go to more ballparks but job, kid, money, etc....

Wrigley Field (Chicago Cubs)
Miller Park (Milwaukee)
Turner Field (Atlanta)
Citizens Bank Park (Philadelphia)

Those are listed in order of how much I enjoyed them. I'd even consider putting Miller #1, but Wrigley's a classic. (I'm a Braves fan, by the way. I just find Turner Field too big and not as intimate as a baseball park should feel)
