I love good BBQ and would love to find some more places to eat for those times on the road.

Best Pork Sammich - Hook's BBQ Luverne, AL
Best Wet Rib - The Joint New Orleans, LA
Best Brisket - Shaffer's Summertown, TN
Best Dry Rib - BBQ Shop Memphis, TN

I really enjoyed Central BBQ in Memphis as well. Great ribs & brisket.

First person to recommend Famous Daves or Calhouns gets punched in the mouth.

I likes the Commisary for pulled pork but not for ribs. I really liked Willie Mae's Rib house in West Memphis, shady part of town but the ribs were very good...

Chicken Wings - Green Mesquite in Austin (everything else is average at best)

Pulled Pork - Rendezvouz in Memphis. The combination of the memphis slaw on top of the pulled pork make this a winner
