modified Atkins diet

Most of the diets are called High fat/Atkins type so maybe the modified refers to more fat. Science Daily study showed no long term side effects from this diet and RARE 2/100 patients reported kidney stones. Also other neurogenic disorders has responded to this diet as well.good stuff

So I decided to look through my exercise book that I started and kinda trailed off..

2/22/12:
281 lbs
30.3% body fat

5/4/12:
278 lbs
28.1% body fat

There's some motivation.. Not much progress but some. This new workout regime is going to have me burning lots of calories. Oh yeah, and for anyone who has done "mountain climbers" as exercise, godspeed. I almost hurled.. like it came up to my throat.

I did those everyday in high school during lacrosse practice. Never again.

Back to where I was before last weekends cheats

I might just fast from now until tomorrow at dinner. Cinco de mayo to me means good Mexican and lots of dos Equis so I'll probably make that my only meal Saturday.

The last time I was this low The J Geils Band was topping the charts with Centerfold and Freeze Frame. Those were the days. Now lets not all show up here monday for an effin pity party about how our cheats wrecked our progress.

Looking around the area, there are not a whole bunch of great areas to run. However in the neighborhood High Point and the neighborhood that connects with it is a ~ 2 mile loop. I am open to any suggestions you have.

Well you have the walking track at Woodlawn middle as an option. They also just redid the brec park in Old Jefferson and have a walking/running path there as well. Each lap is a 1/4 mile and pretty sure that the woodlawn middle one is as well. Im open to ideas aa long as Im able to leave for work at 550am.

Officially down 3# this week!!! Lost a point :(

Hopefully I can do well this weekend, but it won't be easy. Although I really should be studying instead of having fun. But that rarely seems to work.
