Stuck on 264. I imagine tomorrows crawfish boil wont help either. But that is the last cheat day in sight. Exercise begins monday.

Glad I didn't have a hang up at 264. I only saw it one day, which was yesterday. This has been one of those awesome weeks where the pounds just fall off. I kinda hated to see the weekend get here.
I am gonna do my best to avoid food at my sister's 30th birthday party tonight, but it is gonna be tough with a Mexican fiesta inside and fish fry outside. I will be able to avoid the food early, but I can't make any promises on late night drunk grazing.

Hit 263 today, but am expecting to gain at least one pound today. But that's ok, this will be the last crawfish boil of the year. I'm also fasting until the bugs come out. Not sure if that's actually helping anything.

Only had two drinks last night in Nola and didn't eat any finger foods because I ate before we left. Made it to the gym this morning as well. I am very pleased with that being the result.

Well last night was going well until we got hungry on the way home. Seeing as Krystal's was the only thing open we hit it. I only ate two though and that was enough for me even though it had been a while since I ate. I'm used to eating at least six or seven of those things so I would still count this as improvement.

Tonight won't be good, we have a funeral to go to out of town and there is a German place there that my family loves to eat at that is going to close down for good this month. So we're going for a final goodbye. I'm going to do my best to say no to all the delicious beer and pace myself on the food too. I may not say no to the beer though.

Thursday, I ate about 3k calories. At least it was all low carb.
Friday, I was doing fine until 9pm at which point I was possessed by a Taco Bell Seeking Demon.
Oh, and Taco Bell screwed up my order and tossed in 2 extra items.
Here I sit at 174.
About the only good news is that I did get 3 rides in this week.
That might be the problem. My brain and body need to adjust back to riding and dieting at the same time.
I'm having a tough time fighting the urge to get some take out fajitas. Not really that I want them, but it is important to celebrate diversity so it is only right that I get some Mexican food tonight. Yeah, that's the reason.

I'm sore from neck down all the way to my toes. This new workout plan is brutal. I'm loving it. All of this soreness is causing a lot of water retention though.
