2nd # is my recent restart. As of this morning, I am down almost 9 lbs in the 3-4 weeks since I have restarted and quit refatting. Amen!! Feels good to be back.

The 2nd number is my weight when I started really focusing on losing again a few weeks ago - down a total of 6 lbs in a little over 3 weeks. Slow and steady. I had my high calorie drinking day for the week yesterday. But this will be a difficult week - lunch in New Orleans Monday, drinks at Superior Tuesday, lunch at a buffet with fried pork chops on Wednesday...I can do it, though.

Well its been awhile since you have seen me or received any sort of Lloyd Braun Report. But I have refatted quite a bit and am sad to report that I am back over 250.

Right there with you, Myth.
Last week, I found out I didn't pass my test by a lousy 3 points, so instead of getting back in the gym and actually having fun sometimes, I have to study again for another month. :wah:
So last weekend, because I pretty much only had one weekend with no test looming, I didn't try to make any healthy choices and drank and ate what I wanted. Hopefully some sodium damage is still lingering, but the numbers aren't pretty.

I lost 46 lbs initially (9/10-9/11). Yes, it took me a year, but I wasn't miserable. I still did fun stuff pretty much every weekend. I figure I need to watch what I eat for life, so if it takes me awhile to get down to goal, who cares.

Well I have been MIA for quite some time. I am sure that you've missed the Weekend Report with Lloyd Braun, Myth. I am back to WW tracking after an 8 month half-assed effort. I was able to maintain for 6 of those months, but gained 10.6 lbs back in the past 2. And that's enough. Back to onward and downward!!!

Oh and the WW meetings moved further from my house and I've been studying for some tests, so I switched to online only and will officially weigh in on Fridays. I am a daily weigher though, so I will likely post more than once a week.
