I'm sure there will be plenty of nice drops in your future.

It's actually fairly common to plateau out in weeks 3, 4, and 5. Just keep it up, that drop will come.

I can't figure this new addition but hope to begin subtraction today. Possibly exercise related.

I've not been very strict.. snacking more than I should, even if it's non-cheat items.. probably taking in too many calories. Told my roommate last night.. time to buckle down.

Ran my first 5K Sunday my time was 43 minutes. I was happy till my wife gives me her time (28 minutes) I told her she better enjoy it now because by the end of summer I'm going to smoke her!!

Leaving Detroit Thursday to head back to BR for 10 days. Please pray for me that I dont give in to all the wonderful foods I've been missing.

I went and joined Snap fitness here in Detroit that way I can continue my Cardio and weight lifting while I'm down.

Have to stay focused!!!!

Zilla, I lost 15 pds in about 2 weeks. Since then it's been much slower. Stayed at 15 for another week and now my weight goes up or down a pd or 2 each day. And I haven't changed anything nor have I cheated. I haven't had a damn beer in almost a month
I'm not stressing it, plus I'm hitting the weights harder and harder so that could play into it.

I'm still doing the IF and it's working great for me. I generally stick to a 16 fast/8 eat window with 2 24 hour fasts incorporated a week. Has been getting easier and easier.

That shouldn't even be considered a cheat. Red wine is extremely low on the glycemic index and one or two glasses maybe two or three times a week is good for lowering blood pressure. Also, a glass is only about 100-125 calories (4 or 5 ounces).

Just don't go crazy with it and stay away from white wine.

My son's birthday party last weekend...cake, ice cream, pizza. I feel like I should be under 210 by now.

Just finished reading the PDF someone posted named "Eat Stop Eat". Very interesting read and full of good points. Since I am stuck around this 231-232 range for the last few days, I am going to give it a shot. I will eat dinner tonight and start my first official fast. Wish me luck.

not to burst your bubble..but to give you some perspective i had a 50 mile road race saturday..my heart rate averaged 160bpm for 2 hours & 16 minutes (max HR is 180), i climbed 2,300 feet and literally felt like i was going to black out from the pain of this race. my heart rate never dropped because it was non-stop chasing and pedaling the entire time.

i wore a heartrate monitor and ride with a powermeter on my rear wheel so the caloric estimate is extremely accurate.

total calories burned: 1,912.

Had a tray of crawfish last night for dinner. No beer. I did have a few well rum and diet cokes though. But I took it slow and paced myself and just had a good time.

Didn't drop after 3rd day, I bet that I will drop again tomorrow some.
No carb last night, but I did eat something pretty late.
