No way to know who is a winning player with this arse organization. Trey has at least shown the ability to be more than just a chunker.
But for anything decent I would trade him too.

Rookies do rookie things. Only way to learn.
Let's see how they perform with a week off (after getting butt screwed by TTU) against a solid opponent.
We've struggled to make shots the last 2 games for sure. Somebody has to step up and make the open looks that Thomas provides. We also need Miller to grow up and get better quickly so Nwoko has some help.
Thomas, Nwoko, and Sutton are solid players, but we need 2 or 3 more guys to really step up their game.
I'm hoping for a much more competitive game against SMU.

Last 2 games we've shot poorly from 3. No doubt TT was hot, but they also had some really good looks. LSU also had good looks, just didn't make any of them. Max has been in a slump or he just isn't good enough at this level (that will be a huge key). I was also hoping King would look better shooting the ball. Somebody has to step up and hit shots to take some pressure off Thomas. Good teams can take 1 or 2 players away, but not if others are making them pay for it.
Still just 1 game. Let's see what happens against SMU. We get boat raced again, then it will be a long painful SEC again this year.

It's early. Some teams need games like this to refocus.
What's concerning is our outside shooting has been bad of late. This team isn't good enough to shoot close to 10% from 3.
