If you have access to a cold tub, soak your legs in after doing plyo.

Numerous missteps with one more tomorrow.

Bench, you can rest assured we won't be crashing into each other anytime soon.

While watching the game at the house tonight. I consumed 6 dozen oysters and a 6 pack of various IPA's. I am not going to like the results in the morning.

Not the worst thing you could have eaten

Ruh roooooooohhhhh! Don't worry, you're not alone. I had a Caesar salad for dinner, but 4 vodka drinks and 2-3 Hefeweizen's. Scale says 191.5 so hOpefully it's right and I'll be 190.0 in the morning. 189.5 would be even better.

Hell you've already lost more than one of me.

I'm looking forward to you entry to the 150's just as I re-enter the 140's.

Oh noz....
I found myself at a Chinese buffet.

About the only good news is that I didn't eat until I was so full I might explode.

Oh well, birthday cheats out of the way, I can CASUALLY go back to working my way down to 159. Although I might be a month away now instead of a week or two.

Question before my quest begins again tomorrow,

what do you eat when you are in a jam on the road, you buy a water,
but are kind of hungry at a gas station during the start of the no carb diet?

Carbs are zero. I ate some BBQ flavored ones the other day. I'm sure the sodium isn't low.

I was eating sunflower seeds as well.

Jerky is ok as well. All of these don't really fill you up, but they will make you drink more water that's for sure.

Ok here we go again. I ate yesterday like I wouldn't eat for a week.
Pizza, Cookies and Ice Cream

238.2lbs April 1st, no April Fools here.

238.2/238.2/190lbs. I'm 6'0.
The lowest that I've been this past year is 224. I need to break that barrier.
I won't drink alcohol or eat any desserts for the next 30 days of April.

Wine festival was great. Found a couple of new wines that were pretty awesome, an sampled a lot of old favorites. The food was, in a word, AMAZING. Bad news is there were lots of cream sauces and pastas. Good news is I was so full, I didn't eat dinner. Started yesterday at 189.5. Today- 191/190/175

Crazy weekend here.

Drank my arse off Friday night, lots of beer, got wayyy more hammered than I ever should be .. Get up, and eat crawfish and drink beer all day yesterday.. cap that off with eating a cookie last night.. The results aren't too bad, but I'm thinking tomorrow I'll see the worst of it.

The last few days have been a whirlwind of eating.

I won't even post my weight because it is impossible I gained that much. Plus nobody would believe it. You would think it was an April Fool's joke.

It is no joke.

Sorry to hear Myth. I'll go ahead as it has been a pretty long time since I posted in this thread. This is as of yesterday morning.

208/171.1/170

Not too shabby if I must say.

Sweet. So close to your goal.

I'll post my weight tomorrow as a cautionary tale for all to see how fast the train can go off the rails.
