Why can't we end black gang violence?

They are way less sophisticated, have no money, and aren’t paying politicians/police off.

We simply lack the balls to do it. Everyone is afraid of being called a “racist”.

Because they're not organized. It's guerilla warfare.

it's just a word that is thrown around nowadays. Old black people endured the real racism.

Doesn’t matter. Look at El Salvador. Cartels are way more ruthless and we’re paying of the politicians and army. And they still ended it with overwhelming enforcement of harsh sentences and mass arrests.

Modern street gangs are actually harder to dismantle than the Mafia because they are smaller, more decentralized, less organized, and do not operate according to clear or consistent profit motives. Just cliques of angry kids randomly shooting each other up over beefs on social media and other perceived slights.

If you go into these ghetto communities and start pulling out the criminals by their skinny jeans I guarantee the good people in those communities will start ratting them out once they see we have their back.

1000 smaller organizations that can easily form new ones v. 10 large organizations with a high barrier to entry.

Which system is harder to stop the organizations?

It will take the suspension of Habeas corpus. And that will result in quite a few eggs broken to make that omelette

I disagree. They are soft as baby shite and will easily rat on someone if facing a 25 year sentence.

All of these gangs have huge rap sheets. We just have a policy of giving them a bunch of strikes. Start putting them away early and it will end.

You really think 18 year old black punks are harder to dismantle than a corrupt country run by a ruthless cartel?

No one has even attempted to fix the culture problem. Not even a little. That’s the problem.
