It's not that hard at all. You can easily find out who the gangs are like the bleedas and bottom gorillas. These are low level thugs with no code. frick the wire, I guarantee you they are all ratting one their friends if the punishment is sufficient.

After you take out the gangs you go to the schools and start breaking the cycle. I could walk in any school and within 5 minutes they can tell you who the worst1% are. Keep tabs on them and as soon as they frick up you put them away.

It's going to take 20-30 officers or 3-5 million a year. By what is your city worth? That's nothing for the big businesses here.

There are no war crimes in total war when you are facing annihilation. The winner decides who committed “war crimes”.

The idea of “war crimes” is meant to control the proxy wars and skirmishes that we have seen of the last 80 years. These are wars of financial control and influence.

Hood rat gangs have no organization or structure. Unless they're involved with drugs sales, they're basically low level street gangs and harder to pin point.

The mob is usually organized shaking down labor unions with mostly racketeering on businesses and individuals. The government basically founded the RICO act to stop them.

The kid who shot up the mall discharged his Glock in school 2 months ago and was given 2 months of an ankle bracelet. And yall are ready to throw up your hands and say we can’t solve this?

Discharging a firearm in a school zone is a felony that can get you 10 years.

Alternative reality:
1. Kid discharges gun
2. Bring him in and say he’s getting 10 years unless he gives us the names of all his friends who have guns. Tell us who the beef is with, etc.
3. warrants to search all their houses and cars.
4. Take all the guns and lock everyone up.

Our current policy is rehabilitation. Everyone here is correct, it is cultural rot. As soon as we decide that rehabilitation isn’t possible this issue will end.

I had a high school friend that had completely fallen off the cliff of liberalism to the point where she was daily posting insane rants claiming the right was ever -ist she could think of. Her last was this threatening post about Iran and “if one soldier dies” while accusing Trump of defying the constitution, a dictator, a racism Muslim hater, etc. I simply reminded her that no US president since Roosevelt has had a formal declaration of war and every single one has used military force, so if she would like to have a debate about US foreign policy then let’s do it. But stop with the inane accusations that this is a Trump problem. I also let her know the irony of her rant given the fact that she still had a Ukraine flag as her profile pic and I could screenshot her previous posts blaming the right for not attack Russia just a short time ago. Surely the lives of those soldiers were just as important, right?

She unfriended me. I’ve know her since middle school, nothing I said was not 100% factually true. I didn’t call her names, I didn’t threaten to cancel her, only to remind her of things she said. I am positive, if I see her at our 30th reunion, she won’t speak to me.

This is the left. We have ingrained into a group of people that only their opinions matter, and if faced with truth or debate, they can take their ball and go home. They can silence the opposition by accusing them without consequences. They can excuse their behavior because we’re not allowed to talk about it so long as they keep voting the right way.

My fear is the only way this changes if for an equally extreme event to force people to open their eyes in a way that’s so fundamentally extreme they cannot deny it. Most of these thugs only think they are badasses. If there is something to fear, watch how quickly they turn into pussies.
