Who can get enough backing to dethrone Landry? Or is Landry guaranteed a 2nd term?

He's doing a solid job. No reason to panic. Every time new ones get in, everything changes. If a conservative like him can stay a 2nd term, large strides are way more possible.

Perfect? No. But honestly, there's no such thing in Louisiana politics.

Landry owns the LA Republican party. So nobody as long as he wants to run for a second term.

Graves would be the most popular candidate but he's black listed for not backing Landry.

And the LA Democratic party is essentially in shambles these days, so I doubt they have a serious contender.

If anyone can, it would be Graves. Landry has a lot of momentum, but there's still plenty of time for him to shoot himself in the foot between now and 2028.

Everyone who wants to replace Landry forgets one important fact…Whoever tries to defeat Landry better come with $15 million.

Minimum.

…and no one out there has that ability to raise that kind of money.

Raising money to that amount is very difficult and Landry will start 2027 with close to $20 million in the bank.

So again, the answer is no one.

He pissed away the mid barritaria diversion because he’s scared of fatass billy nungesser and his band of dumbasses.

The pogy situation is a shitshow.

LED started out a shitshow and still is. They’ve been pushing carbon capture as energy….since when the frick is putting carbon in the ground related to energy production.

I’m a conservative and he is needlessly shooting himself in the foot. It just comes across as stupid.

I’m not his biggest fan but he has brought a ton of jobs into the state. The Hyundai steel mill is a $6 Billion dollar mill that will employ 5,400 workers with an average salary of 80K per year. It’s the single largest economic project in the state in 20 years. Like him or not he is bringing jobs into the state.

He breezes to a second term unless it becomes apparent that he made a mistake in hiring Kiffin and Wade.

This shite state deserves a bigger retard than Landry to be honest! Louisiana deserves someone like Latoya to be governor.

You guy's constantly bitch about Landry and Cassidy, and they'll both get reelected. We're talking about Louisiana here.
