What are some things that you had no interest in when you were younger, but as you get older you start to like?

Mine would be Bluegrass Gospel Music.

When I was in my 20s, my father in law loved that stuff. And I never really gave it much of a thought then. But now that I’m in my 40s, I’ve started to listen a lot. Good enough that XM77 is one of the channels I listen to most.

Bluegrass and jazz. Did not care for either in my teens and 20s. Now in my early 40s, love both.

Bluegrass Gospel has always been a good listen by me.

Greens. Turnip, mustard, whatever. Couldn't stand them when I was a kid, probably because we had them nearly every day at school. Now

I did not know there was a thing called bluegrass gospel.

What differentiates it from regular bluegrass?

Listen to "Foggy Mountain Breakdown" and then "Will the Circle Be Unbroken" and you'll have your answer.

staying home far more often.

When I was younger, I was never home, always running around doing something, or going somewhere. As I have gotten older, I really enjoy relaxing on my back patio, cooking, and watching my dog chase the squirrels.

Don't get me wrong, I still got some piss and vinegar left in me. But I'm starting to see the joy in just being at home.

Yep. In my case, a 59 yr. old woman (come this Saturday)

Others:
-- Modern Jazz (Brubeck, Miles Davis, Wes Montgomery, Vince Guaraldi, Horace Silver, etc.)
-- Steely Dan
-- Ancestry
-- Cigars
-- Old Fashioneds
-- Intense pride in (and love for) all things "Southern" including Pimento Cheese, Pecans, the Allman Brothers, and as someone above posted, greens.
-- Pub Trivia (that wasn't even a thing when I was younger, though)

Talk radio. Used to dread car rides with my dad as a kid listening to sport talk or glen beck. Now I rarely listen to music while driving, it’s podcasts or sport talk radio.

Oxymoron

I like guacamole, onions and coffee. All 3 would never made to my lips as a kid.
