My question is, was the plowing of the twins intentional on her part? Or did the twins purposely deceive her?

So not only did the court say the father cannot be identified, it absolved the guy that signed the birth certificate of his fatherly duties. Bet that didn't turn out how she thought it would

Wait, she got drilled by three dudes within the window for conception? The twins, plus another guy who signed the BC? (Can’t read the full article)

No, one of the twins signed the birth certificate as the father. The court told him he was absolved of responsibility since it cannot be proven who the actual father is.

Sounds like great case for both (neither is the short cut).
One of you. Not nether of you. So, BOTH of you.
Same clothes as kids, same haircuts now same child.

That would be worst case scenario and a total injustice.

it is "not possible" to identify which one is the father of her baby.
It’s possible but would require mapping the entire genome of all 3 individuals. Not cheap.

Paused. Not absolved. Judge very carefully worded it.
Either way, this shite would never happen in the U.S., where courts have stripped people who believed to be fathers of all visitation rights after DNA testing indicated that they weren’t……but still put them on the hook for child support because best interests of the child and all that.

No father is worst case scenario and total injustice.
Two father’s is 2nd worst case and injustice for one horny twin - good luck on which one.
