If that were true, wouldn't an ID requirement also reduce the number of African Americans on welfare?

It is wild that black folks are just sitting back and letting these people talk about them like they can't manage to walk out of their house everyday without putting on a fricking helmet. They must LOVE having someone's boot on their neck constantly I guess.
