Drudge thread got me thinking. I know we all, my self included, are cynical as hell and Monday morning quarterback everything. We all think we could do better than Trump or the next guy up.

Having said that…if you were offered life changing money to push a narrative, would you?

I say no, most say no, but we’ve never been offered $20 million or whatever these guys get paid.

If tomorrow, my account could have eight figures, I’m taking the money.

Who’s with me? Who’s not?

When I was younger and uncompromised and straight as an arrow I would never have sold out. Now- in 30 seconds. This is not a brag- just a sad reality . Give me 5m and watch me lie like a Democrat .

I believe in 2-3 people in my personal life and God. The rest of you humans can pay me off and I’ll tap dance.

$20MM for what? If it doesn’t violate morality, maybe. If it’s to call what is evil, not evil then no. If it’s to say “we should have better trade with Dubai” maybe.

If you make 40k a year and then get offered 4, 40, 400 million a year?

Do you have children? What are you teaching them?

Depends. If it involves pushing a narrative that will lead to the death of millions (Iran war), I don’t think I can do it. But if I was broke I don’t know, maybe.

I’m financially free but still work, so it depends

Most people have a price at which they sell out. MOST, not all.

In politics the number is probably 98%.

That said, For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? ( Mark 8:36-38 )

Whomever is taking $$ to say, bury the pdf truth or cost lives has already made a decision as to what's important to them ( unless coerced and threatened themselves )

These people aren't in the 20M range. They sell their souls for a couple hundred grand.

I'm thinking thats exactly what happened to Nick Fuentes, his latest attention whore stunt claiming he will now vote for
Marxist Dems.

Not me - could not conceive of any enticement to do that.

Would I tell a fib (white lie) to prevent a moment of personal embarrassment unrelated to the topic and audience at hand? yes - I would not want to distract from the topic to engage in a personal harangue about whether or not I had made an inappropriate remark, or gesture, or act, in some unrelated casual situation.

But would I advocate for a false proposition - that I knew to be wrong or amoral in exchange for monetary reward? - hell no!

Or, like he said, Trump has failed on some of the biggest campaign promises. I mean, that DID happen.

At some point everyone has their price.
Regardless what people say/do it's been proven time, and time again.

In this case I believe it's that they get to operate your former website under your current name. You can stay silent but people might attribute everything to you.

Only a fool risks eternal damnation to be the mouthpiece of evil. You could not pay me enough money to be the spokesman for abortion, trannies, Islam and persecuting Christians.

I think the real question would be if you would take it knowing it would actually cause real change. Like if you had to shill for a policy that would make the world a worse place and if you did it you know 100% that policy will get support and actually be enacted. Otherwise for that amount of money it's a pretty easy answer.
