The suspect, 53-year-old Erica Smith Katsanis, faces a charge of vehicular homicide. The arrest follows the release of a toxicology report which revealed that Katsanis had drugs in her system when she got behind the wheel on Jan. 30.
According to court documents obtained by WWL Louisiana, blood tests show Katsanis had at least 11 different drugs in her system at the time of the crash, including amphetamines, paroxetine and clonazepam.

As tragic and sad as this young Officers death is, it should have never happened for several reasons.
Escorts for funeral processions are an outdated practice that take massive unnecessary risk. Law enforcement leadership needs to outlaw the practice.
I am sure it’s financially lucrative to these brave motor men, but we can’t let them continue to kill themselves for a few extra coins in their pockets.

Believe it or not; I’m sure there will be some posters on here that will claim they can fix her.

you are not wrong, it is not uncommon to hear of these tragedies. It is apparently quite dangerous. A quick search online brings up plenty of results for police dying in this manner. Totally unnecessary.
Many more police die in traffic accidents than then they do from getting killed by criminals.

Botox wasn’t one of them
She was a beauty blogger according to Google.
Obviously she didn't take her own beauty advice.
Her attorney argued that all 11 drugs were prescribed.
Think she was released on bond and she isn't allowed to drive.
