The Center for Scholars & Storytellers (CSS) at UCLA has released the findings from its “Evolving Masculinity” study. Youths aged 10-24 aren’t watching tv and movies anyway. They’re watching reality tv/youtube/tiktok.
Secondly, would love to know the breakdown of the 1,500 kids they surveyed. My guess is a significant proportion, if not all, are from the LA area and come from households/schools/neighborhoods that are in the 1% of the most left in the country.

As someone who has taught high schoolers for the last 13 years in title 1 schools, the next time I hear a student use the word nuance will be the first, and the next time I hear them talk about the authenticity of a mans emotions in a movie or show will be the first.

This is what makes me interested in the God of War series. Its an emotional father/son story but also Kratos still has that rage monster in him and will destroy everything in sight. Hopefully the show can pull that off as well as the games.

This is a pure influence mechanism to create the culture they want.
Its obviously not real, but they WANT it to be real, so they will try to create that reality.
When say media can be evil... this is what I mean. Progressives want to shape culture against the real. And they will incessantly do it. Invest in it. Etc. Doesn't matter if they lose money.
