UCLA lost today to UC San Diego. Yall think LSU will jump to No. 1? It’s still non conference, and idk if that should affect it.

No, UC San Diego is an ok mid-major team and UCLA won the series.
Also, the rankings are the most meaningless thing about the sport. They are all over the place depending on which ranking you go off of and they have zero bearing on what the selection committee does when they seed the field in May.

It’s total bull snot that we arent already ranked #1! Huge slap in the dick and balls to Jay and our MEN! We are the defending champs for crying out loud and arguably have a more loaded roster than last year! But the dumb butt voters have to prop up there stupid lib buddies out west!

UCLA returned most of their contributing players from a CWS team. It’s perfectly logical to have them at 1.

Rankings don’t even matter in June in my opinion. Baseball isn’t football, and all you have to do is win the right games.
