"Melt" and "meltdowns" are overused on here, but THAT is a legit meltdown

The judge asking a false question seems like the bigger headline here.

Many lawyers aren’t cut out for litigation and the courtroom.

Apparently she’s been assigned almost 90 cases in two months. No thanks!

38 newly assigned cases in the last week alone. Yikes dawg.

Weak leftist lawyer in Trump administration has a TDS fueled mental breakdown.

She should’ve left for a different job last year. I would say she’s unemployable now but we all know Marc Elias has a parter level position just for her.

38 new cases in a single week could effectively do that.

Also, there is a serious difference between federal judges , largely untouchable and telling a state court judge they are just flat wrong

The story everyone is missing is the fact that law firms are threatening lawyers if they work with or in the Trump administration. The DOJ is woefully undermanned.

The Republican Senate is slow walking judicial nominees. The confirmation process for others is broken, just like the first Trump term.

It’s getting to the point that MAGA republicans won’t vote because they don’t do anything anyway, so let’s just get to where we’re headed anyway expeditiously.

Sounds like the leftie tactic of bombarding the courts has its consequences.

Wouldn’t the DOJ be the ones bringing these “obstruction of justice against ICE officials cases”
