Many already are, here in Huntsville on the local news posts on Facebook. They are bringing up the TACO acronym and memes under comments. I guess they have no understanding how negotiations work and people can change their mind on deals.

The word sovereignty means it's our land. Not sure if that is the current case. I guess in theory they could kick us out unless we have sovereignty. Not sure about the rare earths.
