Is Dilin Jones going to be our downhill bruiser RB like Fletcher (Miami) and Black (IU)?

He's an under the radar pick up for sure. He was RB1 for a while at Wisconsin, who is known for producing solid RBs.

I'd like to see him get some touches, especially in the redzone.

I think the signing of Grace as a FB/HB type is not getting enough talk

Grace as a lead blocker might be something discussed in a positive light in the near future.

I have not seen a back at LSU than runs as violently as Black does for IU since Keiland Williams

Guice ran like he was possessed. Fournette was a tank. Also, I'd argue Kenny Hilliard and Darrel Williams were violent runners

Jeremy Hill, Leonard Fournette, and Derrius Guice all ran pretty violently.

Ridley wasn’t scared to stick his nose in there either.

I honestly think he will be RB1 once he gets some touches. The only reason why it was tough on him at Wisconsin is that they couldn’t throw the ball, and it was almost a guaranteed run play to get yards. Here it will be different.

Guice was violent and Spencer Ware and practically the entire 2011 RB room made a living trying to send defenders to the injury tent every time they touched the ball. Also Fournette was violent. Idk how you missed all these guys since Williams.

No one knows because no one here has ever seen him play.

Loved watching Spencer Ware make people quit.

I always thought it was interesting that he shed some weight in the NFL and certainly got swifter on his feet.

Had a short but solid NFL career. 2 rings, you have to wonder if his brutal running style shortened his NFL career?

LSU has had quite a few of these bruising type of runners through the years: Jeremy Hill, Stevan Ridley, Guice, Fournette, Tyrion Davis-Price, Spencer Ware. That's been our calling card through the years.

WTF?

There are about 10 guys you could have listed that played after Williams.

Was looking for someone to post this. Spencer Ware was a punisher. That guy had a lot of tough yards. I miss having that type of back lately.
