re: Kristen Saban still loves LSU

Why do I feel like she’s doing this on purpose because Saban actually might be coming, and she knows sports blogs will pick it up
re: Would we have been a CFP team with a healthy Nuss?
Posted by tigersav on 11/15/25 at 6:03 am to UncleLester
No. As long as he was no run threat, no. If he would’ve ran in 2024, we would’ve only had 1 loss to Bama. Same story this year.
Take this downvote lol. Cause who in the hell is coming to see Kim when you have the Flo master, MK, Fulwiley, and tons of other players including the freshman fitting any like they’ve been in the program for 2-3 years lighting teams up

My advice to you is, it’s so easy to get recruited these days. You don’t have to worry about camps that much. Camps are 20% of the story.
The main focus is to figure out what high school he’s going to, and get in with the coaches NOW. That way he’s already going through workouts, and if he is any good..can play varsity as a freshman, or at least when it’s a blow out as a freshman. That’s how you get on the radar with college coaches with real game experience (and actually have to have talent as well).
From there, recruiting services should start picking him up and putting him on the radar early.

Okay I’ll give him a dropped pass. That’s it. I don’t even blame him for the fumble against Clemson cause that was a dumb play call to begin with

After Van Buren got in and threw him a pass, I’ll blame Nuss for the drop off. Cause you don’t even notice Chris is on the field when Nuss is in. Technically Nuss has made everyone drop off
I’m actually in favor of the independence bowl this year
Dude, the game was already over. That’s not a fair shot with MVB. Including drops, penalties, and already being down with a crap line. 52 yards could’ve easily been 150.
re: Nussmeier cost so many jobs and money to LSU
Posted by tigersav on 11/9/25 at 9:59 am to Gdellinger
I’ll say this..Nuss cost jobs. And Nuss cost injuries to our key o-lineman by not being able to move out the way. Yes our coaches weren’t the best, but Nuss made them look 50% worser than what they were.
Yes our O-Lineman aren’t the best but I guarantee you, MVB at QB makes D-Lineman have to try to conserve energy to chase instead of a full blow rush, which make the o-lineman job easier.
I think we’re a 1 loss team with MVB. So many wasted opportunities.

re: Does Nuss actually have a go to receiver?

He doesn’t even have a go-to arm or brain..how in the frick is he going to have a go-to receiver?????
re: VOTE! Does MVB start/play vs. Bama? Will the coaches have the courage?
Posted by tigersav on 11/1/25 at 3:46 pm to Gonadballbarian
No..Nuss combined with Sloan screwed us more than just the coaches
re: This saban stuff is real btw. Very real

Forreal?
re: Lets be honest... LSU and Florida are equal whether the LSU fans want to admit it or not.
Posted by tigersav on 10/29/25 at 10:28 am to finchmeister08
Dude, ask any average American football fan who they would rather play football for out of LSU and Florida..a vast majority would say LSU. It’s literally a brand

He can’t run. So no, it won’t matter who calls the plays

That’s not MVB
re: Kelly had to know he was going to get fired
Posted by tigersav on 10/28/25 at 2:44 pm to TackySweater
Then you sir don’t understand how serious LSU football is. Who is going to continuously sit around and watch LSU get their arses kicked 3 out of the last 4 weeks, and our win vs USC was terrible. No fixing anything, no attempt to change anything. Watch Nuss be a sitting duck, and watch our highly paid wide receivers not get the ball..orrrrr watch Nuss sling it far sideline for a 5 yard stop route.
If you paid attention, there was no way in hell Kelly was making it through that game. We simply were not playing FOOTBALL like the others teams around the country.

I believe this as well
Not exactly planned, but just maybe in the back of his mind he was ready to leave. There’s no other explanation as to why you leave in a QB that’s going to potentially cost you your job.
Kelly had to know he was going to get fired
Posted by tigersav on 10/28/25 at 8:48 am
We all knew he wasn’t going to make it past A&M with a loss, including Kelly. So why not try everything possible to win? We spent millions on the roster and on Kelly, only to find out he was not going to make 1 simple decision, one simple try at benching Nuss at least for a series to see if MVB could help our offense. How could you not try with all the money spent on the defense and the sacrifice the NIL collective made to make sure we compete?
Kelly is one of those selfish people that you help and give them everything they want, only for them to do you wrong the next day as if they don’t even know you or care what you did for them.
I just want our next coach to simply coach the game, don’t over think it. We have not been playing the game of football on offense this year. We created a new version of football where whatever the play is, you have to run it. And your QB is not allowed to run. That’s what it literally looked like all year.
It all leads to him doing this on purpose so he could get fired to ride off with millions, and playing a manipulative mind game. Crazy thing is, I don’t think anyone needs convincing that he got himself fired on purpose looking back on everything.
