Congress, always tackling the important matters.

It's not the most important issue of the day, but I would support this. Changing clocks is an annoying practice which effects (nearly) every single American.

I’d rather year-around standard time instead of year-round daylight time.

I agree. I know we’re in the minority but my shifts start at 4am. Standard time fits my sleep/work schedule better.

This is an issue they should put on a federal ballot as a measure and should be doing it more often with other issues to actually have the people decide.

Standard time is awful. Who cares about sun early in the day. Give me daylight when i get off so stuff can be done.

Will not get a single dim vote now that Trump came out in favor of it, not to mention a few other dims with R's by their name.

Brilliant!! Our elected Congress continues to astound with their excellent leadership!!
Seriously?
With all the problems facing our nation, the #1 on the timeline is elction law reform, and thise fools will waste time talking about daylight savings time....

Quit playing god. Keep standard time

DST does not work in the winter, stupid is as stupid does.
It was tried once, it didn't work. That's why they didn't keep it permanent.

If it’s permanent then it becomes the new standard.

I'm long retired. But like a lot of retired folks I like to go to bed early and there's still light coming in during Daylight Savings time.
