Shough’s ceiling is best QB in the NFL. He has great tangibles and intangibles. He seems to have good pre snap reads and go through his progressions well. He also is 6’5” with a rocket arm, pinpoint accuracy, good speed and escapability to go with a high football IQ. I honestly don’t see a single negative with him.

I agree, I think his ceiling is next big thing in the NFL. One thing not often mentioned is his touch on short and intermediate throws. Not everything is a fastball, I honestly think that’s why you don’t see Juwan dropping balls anymore (though he still fumbles) and instead makes contested one handed catches down the sideline.

That was a terrible pick at the end of the game. But I don't care. I'm fully convinced he is our QB of the future. He's a baller.

That pick was bound to happen. Running an offense with a bunch of brand new WRs significantly limited the plays we could run. It was the 5th time we ran that play, against one of the smartest corners in the game in Alford. He knew exactly what was coming.
