It gives $15 Billion to people in loans and grants (through HUD) so they can get affordable housing. Representative LaTeefah Simon supports it (btw, she is not a French lady even though her first name is French for: 'the teeth.')
Schiff sent me an email explaining that the Republicans will oppose the bill because they only serve the rich.

Didn’t they try this in 2008? Didn’t they give loans to unqualified people? Remind me again what happened?

You know what would create a boom? If the Fed gove stayed out of the market and let it naturally reset. That happening at the same time boomers are dying off would = tons of affordable housing but it would also wipe out net worth and inheritances so they would never allow that.

Yeah, I was amazed to discover that a high percentage of criminals were named after Roman generals.

Why introduce a bill that you already suggest cannot pass.

Best way to create a housing boom is mass deportation. Glad to Shifty is onboard with that!

Would these be "sub-prime" loans? A big push to increase sub-primes didn't go over too well the last time it was tried.

I guess Schiff keeps forgetting to present this bill every time Democrats are in control.

Back a little further, it started in or around 1996 with Pedo Willie telling America that everyone deserves a home. (Regardless of whether or not you can pay for it.)

We did this with everyone should be able to afford a house and then the market crashed.

Always introducing bills that will spend massive amounts of money, instead of just setting policy (ex. Deportations of illegals) that would naturally do it.

They just need their spending kickbacks. These politicians think we are dumb.

Youre damn right stout. Although i think they are more concerned with it hurting the banks/investment firms than inheritances and citizens net worth.

Bailing out homeowners and investors is too expensive. The idea that rising home prices are an "entitlement" is one of our bigger issues.

The whole thing is a ruse to create a failure for corporations to buy up default houses.
