Let's think about that for a second. The woman was 75 years old and he looks to be in his 30s. Able bodied.
Even if he was just punching, he could have killed the woman easily.
The police need to be fired for gross incompetence.

The woman's family needs to be suing the judges, DA's and possibly police who have allowed this public menace to continue walking the streets. Nothing will changes unless the people releasing these criminals have to pay.
